Visits of foreign representatives to Lviv State University of Internal Affairs are carried out with the permission of State Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, in coordination with the Department of International Cooperation and European Integration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
The report on obtaining a permit shall be submitted for consideration to the Department of International Cooperation and European Integration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, not later than 15 days before scheduled visit and must contain:
- information about foreigners, enterprise, institution, organization that they represent (set out in amount known to the hosting organization - full name, (if available), position, year of birth, citizenship, gender, name and location of the enterprise, institution, organization);
- reason, purpose and term of stay of foreigners;
- a list of officials responsible for reception and work with foreigners, as well as for other activities related to the visit;
- a list of issues to be discussed;
- route and movement procedure of foreigners on the territory of Lviv State University of Internal Affairs;
According to results of the visit, a report is sent to State Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine within five days after its completion.
