The memory of policemen who died defending Ukraine has been honored at LvSUIA

A moment of silence has been held to commemorate the policemen who died while performing combat tasks on repulsing the armed aggression of the russian federation.

The event began with the performance of the National Anthem of Ukraine and the raising of the flag. Policemen, civil servants and other employees of the National Police of Ukraine who died while performing combat tasks on repulsing the armed aggression of the russian federation were mentioned by name.

The university's Rector, Roman Blahuta, addressed the audience, "Every day we have to remember, due to whom we can carry out service. In order for you can have breakfast in the morning, come to lectures and put on a uniform, someone lost his/her life. Therefore, we thank our defenders and should pay tribute to them. Serve with dignity and fulfill your duties."

In addition, Archpriest Ivan Revutskyi, the Priest of the chapel of the Intercession of the Holy Virgin at LvSUIA, conducted a memorial service. It was joined by first-year cadets of the university.
