The best scholars were awarded at LvSUIA

Lviv State University of Internal Affairs held a solemn academy of awarding employees and students for achievements in scientific activity. The event was held on the occasion of Science Day, which is celebrated annually on the third Saturday of May.

At the beginning of the event, Roman Blahuta, LvSUIA Rector, addressed the audience.

"We understand how important and necessary science is for society and the security of the state. After the start of a full-scale war, Ukrainian scholars proved that they were capable to defend the country under various conditions. They conducted lectures from the trenches and with weapons in hand, provided humanitarian aid, developed logistics, and made every effort to support our military. They showed that the development of education and science cannot be prevented by any difficulties," Roman Blahuta said.

The Rector the university awarded the participants of the traditional competition for the title "Best Scholar of LvSUIA" and "Best Department of LvSUIA" according to the results of scientific work".
