Сadets of LvSUIA became the prize-winners of the All-Ukrainian championship in kettlebell sports among students

 The other day, the championship of Ukraine among students was held in Kyiv according to the rules of the Union of Kettlebell Sports "Hvardiyskyi Ryvok". It was attended by more than 200 athletes as part of 23 teams of higher education institutions.

The team of Lviv State University of Internal Affairs included cadets of Faculty No. 3 Andriy Berezhniuk and Mykola Tarasiuk, as well as master's student of Faculty No. 1 Danylo Vyshynskyi.

In the individual competition, LvSUIA athletes became prize-winners.

Mykola Tarasiuk won silver medal in the weight category up to 73 kg. The athlete also fulfilled the standards of a Candidate Master of Sports.

Danylo Vyshynskyi took second place in the weight category up to 78 kg.

The cadets were trained by Mykola Kostovskyi and Mykola Dominiuk, teachers of the Department of Special Physical Training of Faculty No. 2.
