LvSUIA students organized an Environmental Day in Lviv

The event was held to draw the attention to the issue of environmental protection and respect for nature.

The initiative belongs to Sofiia Petriv and Sofiia Volkova, who study at the Law Institute of Lviv State University of Internal Affairs. Cadets and students of LvSUIA, school students, as well as other interested people joined the campaign.

During the event, the participants visited a composting station in Lviv. Young people learned about the process of converting organic waste into soil fertilizer, which is used as compost for urban flower beds. It showed how waste can be processed effectively and reduce the negative impact on the environment.

The campaign also included clean-ups in the Vynnyky and Lapayiv forestries, which were joined by university youth.
