LvSUIA joined the All-Ukrainian Forum of Military Writers

Lviv State University of Internal Affairs was visited by authors who write about the war, volunteer Halyna Matveieva and Ukrainian defender Viacheslav Raievskyi.

The event took place within the framework of the All-Ukrainian Forum of Military Writers, which is currently taking place in Lviv. The meeting was organized on the initiative of the Lviv Regional Library for Youth named after Roman Ivanychuk.

Halyna Matveieva is a co-founder of the creative workshop "PROauthor's Residence", a writer from Kharkiv, a volunteer at "Svidky sitky" (Witnesses of the Grid). She shared her experience of events, emotions and read several poems to the audience.

The writer said that she had been Russian-speaking since childhood. But later she switched to Ukrainian. She says that the Ukrainian language is her "password" from now on.

Viacheslav Raievskyi is a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, author of the book "PozityvVV. Memoirs. From a Soviet cadet to a defender of Ukraine." The collection of stories traces military realities from the time of the fall of the Soviet Union, the first years of independence, and up to the russian-Ukrainian war.

The defender of Ukraine shared his biography with cadets and students. He told various stories from the time of the ATO, described his volunteer adventures.
