Lviv State University of Internal Affairs cadets joined the panel discussion “Veterans and Youth - a Common Vision of Ukraine's Future”

  Representatives of the Council of Cadet and Student Self-Government of Lviv State University of Internal Affairs took part in a roundtable discussion entitled "Veterans and Youth - a Common Vision of Ukraine's Future".

The event was initiated by the NGOs "Undefeated" and "Protection of the State" together with the Student Council of Lviv, in partnership with Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and S.Z. Gzhytsky Lviv National University of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology.

The purpose of the panel discussion was to create an open space for dialogue between young people and veterans. The participants discussed the vision of a common future for Ukraine, shared their experiences, outlined key values, and considered the challenges facing society during the war and post-war periods. Special attention was paid to the opportunities for cooperation between students and veterans in building a strong, democratic state. Veterans' living conditions were discussed, including access to higher education, adaptation to civilian life and active participation in various public initiatives.

Lviv State University of Internal Affairs was represented at the event by Maksym Romanyna, Head of the Council of Cadet and Student Self-Government, and Pavlo Dmytruk, Head of the 1st year self-government of Faculty No. 2.

Such discussions are extremely important for the formation of a single conscious community in which young people and veterans work together for the future of Ukraine.
