This year, the competition included 12 categories for the best scientific, scientific-technical, and career guidance products across various institutions and agencies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

In the category of "Scientific periodicals (scientific journals, collections of scientific papers, including electronic formats)," LvSUIA's scientific and analytical journals, particularly "Social and Legal Studies," secured the top spot. The editor-in-chief of these publications is the University's Vice-Rector, Olha Balynska.

Furthermore, Lviv State University of Internal Affairs claimed the first position in the "Textbooks" category for its comprehensive work, "Criminal Procedure: Textbook in 3 Parts." The publication was edited by Andrii Khytra, Head of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics, and Ruslan Shekhavtsov, Dean of Faculty No. 1.

Additionally, the University was awarded the third prize in the "Career Guidance Videos" category for its presentation video created by the Public Relations Department.

The competition took place at Odesa State University of Internal Affairs this year.

It's worth highlighting that the primary objectives of this contest are to foster innovative development within the Ministry of Internal Affairs units, enhance the quality of educational and scientific publications, and promote departmental education and science.
