Personal data
In 2009 graduated from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv in specialty "Psychology". Since 2009 has been teaching psychology at Lviv State University of Internal Affairs. In December 2012, entered the postgraduate course of the Kharkiv National University of Civil Defense of Ukraine. In 2017 defended PhD thesis and obtained the degree of Candidate of Psychological Sciences in the specialty 19.00.09 – Psychology of activity in special conditions. The topic of the dissertation research is "Psychological features of the development of managerial competence of future officers of the National Police of Ukraine". In 2022, she obtained the title of associate professor of the department.
Practical psychologist, family counselor, certified trainer of business and socio-psychological trainings. Took part in the basic module on working with metaphorical associative cards (MAC).
Scientific achievements
Author of more than 80 scientific works, including scientific articles in foreign scientific journals.
Research interests
- Psychology of management and administration;
- Psychological features of managerial competence of future officers of the National Police of Ukraine;
- Managerial competence and training programs for its development.
