Researchers and practitioners discussed legal means of protecting children’s rights and freedoms in Ukraine

A round table discussion on the protection of children's rights was held at Lviv State University of Internal Affairs.

The participants focused on the protection of children's rights under martial law. A safe educational environment and anti-bullying were also discussed. They outlined the problem of identifying facts of ill-treatment of children who are internally displaced persons.

In addition, they talked about social support and legal grounds for interrogating a minor during criminal proceedings, as well as protecting children from the consequences of war.
