Personal Data
In 2002 defended dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Historical Sciences in the specialty 07.00.01 – History of Ukraine. In May 2005, was conferred the academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of Organization and Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs by the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine. In June 2011 successfully defended dissertation on the topic: "Legal and psychological principles of prevention of professional deformation of law enforcement officers of Ukraine" for the degree of Doctor of Law in the specialty 19.00.06 – Legal Psychology. In January 2013, by the decision of the Attestation Board, was awarded the academic title of Professor of the Department of Constitutional, Administrative and International Law. In December 2013, was elected as an Academician of the Academy of Sciences of Higher Education of Ukraine.
