Graduated from the Ternopil Institute of National Economy (renamed to West Ukrainian National University) with a degree in Finance and Credit, as well as the research center of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine at the Lviv Polytechnic National University – Psychological and Pedagogical Department. Defended thesis on the topic: "Improvement of mechanisms of public administration of financial recovery of industrial enterprises" in the specialty 25.00.02 "Mechanisms of public administration", in 2013 was awarded the title of associate professor.
